Proudly introducing Amdec Blitz

The Amdec Group, one of South Africa’s leading property developers, is building a brighter future for our country’s underprivileged communities. As part of its sponsorship of the 2019 Marius Schoeman Sports Festival, the Amdec Group will be fielding a development 7s rugby team for the first time.

To be known as the Amdec Blitz, the squad will be drawn from the under-17 player pool of the Be the Difference Foundation. This non-profit organisation, based in Kraaifontein, focuses on youth development through sport, education and nutrition.

The Amdec Blitz will be coached by Sandile ‘Stix’ Ngcobo, former Springbok Sevens player and captain of the SA Sevens Academy, and Stormers and Western Province fullback, Craig Barry.
