Developed in 2007, 120 End Street was the Amdec Group’s first inclusionary housing project. The Group acquired 13 derelict buildings in New Doornfontein, Johannesburg, and redeveloped them in order to provide affordable homes for 1,500 young families. This communal mixed-use precinct comprised 13 individual buildings, a 26-floor tower of apartments built atop a podium of convenience retail, with peripheral areas upgraded to include a city school, book and toy library, all-weather basketball and football court and recreational clubhouse.

Located conveniently close to the Johannesburg CBD, and offering easy access to public transport, 120 End street delivers quality accommodation within a supremely safe, secure and convenient environment in order to meet the daily needs of a dynamic inner-city community.
